He also has extensive experience in omni-channel business management, having held a plethora of roles at Walmart where he was responsible for a P&L of over $500MM. Mike is extremely excited to be leading the UNCL Co. team as they bring his vision to life!

He brings a unique combination of industry expertise, project management skills, and hands-on experience that enables him to drive product innovation and ensure the smooth operation of any business. He currently works as Director of Client Experience for Confiz, a vendor for the Fortune 1 company, Walmart.

With over 7 years of experience, Payton is an expert in leading IoT consulting projects. He has a knack for designing new solutions that are technically superb and delight the customer. He previously served as the head of an IoT consulting practice for a Fortune 5 company, developing enterprise-level solutions for over 30 different organizations, connecting 30K devices and counting. He currently sits as the Head of Digital Experience for LEDGER, the world’s first bikeable office building.

A Jill-of-All-Trades, Natalie brings over 6 years of experience in engineering, data analytics, supply chain, and graphic design. She possesses the unique ability to bridge the gap between business and technical, creating a seamless integration of both fields. She has passion for people that brings out the best in any team, fostering innovation and engagement. She currently works for as Manager of Business Analytics and Insights for Simmons Pet Food in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
